The new announcement by HEC Islamabad has released the statement that they are carrying out the universal test of graduate program admissions at all Pakistan Universities. Higher Education Commission (HEC) The UST 2021 Admission Test (Undergraduate Studies Admission Test) is held every four months, with universities accepting USAT scores. The latest online check-in date is 30 August 2021, and the USAT test is expected on 12 September 2021
The Undergraduate Studies entrance test (USAT) will be conducted by Viz Education Testing Council (ETC), an institution admitted to universities throughout Pakistan at its undergraduate level. The USAT is built on an SAT, also known as the Scholastic Aptitude Test pattern. It covers all recognized fields of the undergraduate entry-level, including engineering, medical, IT, management, and social sciences. After passing the USAT, students will be eligible for admission to any university like SAT.
Who is eligible to take the USAT (Undergraduate Studies Admission Test)?
• Students who have completed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or an equivalent Grade 12 education
• Students who took the final exam and are waiting for their results
• Students with a 12-year/equivalent education in any major are eligible.

A qualifying USAT score is more than or equal to 50. The maximum score is 100 that a person may achieve on the USAT.
The test will be held together every quarter of the year in Pakistan’s major cities. More tests, on the other hand, may be conducted if the necessity arose. The annual exam calendar will be posted on the ETC website, and candidates will be able to register for the tests through an online registration portal.
Universities will be continuing to publicize their admissions policies on their own. Students can apply to institutions and submit their USAT ETC scorecard to include in the merit-based weighting formula.

Application submission is divided into two steps: completing your profile in the “My Profile” part and submitting your application in the “Undergraduate Studies Admission Test” portion of the web portal’s menu panel on the left-hand sidebar.
Only applications that have been SUBMITTED will be reviewed for the USAT Test; applications that have been SAVED or INCOMPLETE will not be considered.
The Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) has a price of PKR 1,200/- per candidate. The fee shall be deposited in Habib Bank Limited Account No. 1742 7900 1334 01 by the candidates. Higher Education Commission is the account’s name.
On or before the last day of registration, applicants must send a copy of their Fee Deposit Slip/ATM/Online Transfer via courier to the following address: Member’s residence, HEC Sector H-8, Islamabad.
The test fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.
